Charlie has been an integral part of Hudl for over four years, driving meaningful impact since day one in the hockey space. Charlie is currently the Assistant Head Coach at Rockland High School in Massachusetts. Prior to this role, he coached with the Bay State Breakers’ National Bound half-season teams and at FMC Ice Sports.
Charlie holds a Level 4 USA Hockey coaching certification. As a player, Charlie competed at the junior level with the Bay State Breakers in what is now known as the USPHL and continued his career at Springfield College in the ACHA.
Shane Bednard – Assistant Coach, Victory Honda Hockey Club

Shane has been a key part of Hudl for over two years, making a significant impact from the very beginning. Hockey has been a central part of his life for over 27 years. He has played at nearly every level, starting with elite youth programs like Little Caesars, then progressing to junior hockey with the Johnstown Tomahawks and Bloomington Thunder, and eventually playing at the collegiate level with Bowling Green State University.
After college, Shane continued his hockey career professionally, playing for teams such as the Fayetteville Marksmen, Huntsville Havoc, and Norfolk Admirals, ultimately finishing his playing career in 2023.
Today, Shane is focused on giving back to the sport by coaching at the Victory Honda Hockey Club in Michigan, where he helps develop the next generation of players. He continues to drive innovation and excellence at Hudl, combining his passion for hockey with his commitment to professional growth.
