Mike Stewart
Head Coach / Grizzlys Wolfsburg / Germany

A former professional defenseman, Stewart was drafted 13th overall by the New York Rangers in 1990 and had a playing career which spanned North America and Europe. Transitioning to coaching after retirement, Stewart held positions with several European teams before being appointed Head Coach of the DEL’s Grizzlys Wolfsburg in May 2021. At TCS Live, Stewart will draw from the strategic European game as he presents: Mastering the 2-on-1: How to Create and Defend Advantage Plays.
Daniel Broberg
Skill Development Coach / DB Hockey Factory / Sweden

Hailing from Sweden, Daniel Broberg is regarded as one of hockey’s top skills coaches and brings over 35 years of experience to the TCS Live stage. After spending time as a bench coach and GM of a youth association, Broberg Founded DB Hockey Factory, which focuses on individual skills development with players of all levels, including 15 NHLers. At TCS Live, Broberg will take the ice and present a skating masterclass as he teaches: Basic Skills and Smooth Power to Game Day.
Pierre Allard
Assistant Coach / Genève-Servette HC / Switzerland

Pierre Allard, the newly appointed Assistant Coach of the Swiss National League’s Genève-Servette HC, is a sports scientist and former pro player with a decade of experience in European hockey. He previously served as Sports Science & Performance Director for the Montreal Canadiens and brings a data-driven approach to player development and performance optimization. At TCS Live, Allard will bring his professional playing and coaching experience as he presents: Designing Practices That Reflect Real Game Speed and Structure.

Tobias Johansson
Head Coach / Norwegian Men’s National Team / Norway

Tobias Johansson is Head Coach of the Norwegian Men’s National Team, who also works as Norway’s Director of Player Development. At TCS Live, the former Coach and Director of Player Development for Sweden’s Frölunda HC will explain The Benefits of Playing Small Area Games without Goalies. The impact of small area games was clear during the 2024 World Championship when Team Norway beat Team Canada (the eventual gold medal winners) 3-2 in round-robin play. It was the second ever win for the Norwegians against Canada and first going back to 2000, and was proof hockey is on the rise in Norway thanks to Johansson.
Dan Ceman
Head Coach / HC Košice / Slovakia

Dan Ceman is the Head Coach of HC Košice in Slovakia. As a player, Ceman won the Calder Cup with the Providence Bruins and the ECHL Championship with Hampton Roads before he captained SønderjyskE Ishockey to two Danish titles. As a Coach, Ceman has won three titles in Denmark in 2014, 2015 and 2016, as well as three titles in Slovakia in 2019, 2023 & 2024. Any coaches with this winning of a resume knows that every detail matters and at TCS Live, Ceman will be presenting on Transitioning from DZ Coverage to a Close Support Breakout. Léo Girod
Founder / gotmyteam / Sweden

Léo Girod is the Co-Founder & CEO of gotmyteam, a hockey job-portal that connects players, coaches and management with teams looking to fill open positions. Born in Cuba and raised in France, Girod discovered his passion for hockey early on, playing until the age of 23 before transitioning into coaching. He has since coached at the highest levels in Sweden and Switzerland, all while helping coaches all over the world find new jobs. Girod knows a thing or two about how to get hired and at TCS Live he’ll be presenting Winning the Job: Proven Techniques to Stand Out and Get Hired.
