Pete DeBoer is the former Head Coach of the Dallas Stars where he led the team to the Western Conference finals in his first season with the club. Prior to his role with Dallas, DeBoer spent time as Head Coach for the Florida Panthers, New Jersey Devils, San Jose Sharks and the Vegas Golden Knights, leading both the Devils and Sharks to the Stanley Cup Finals. DeBoer started his coaching career in OHL and has represented Canada in the World Championships and the World Juniors. Known for his ability to instill discipline and structure into his players and team, DeBoer has proven to be a formidable force behind the bench.
