Misha Donskov is the Vice President of Hockey Operations & Men’s National Teams Coach at Hockey Canada. A Stanley Cup champion and respected leader in high-performance hockey, Donskov brings extensive NHL and international experience to his role, having served with the Dallas Stars and Vegas Golden Knights, where he won the Stanley Cup in 2023. He has also been part of multiple gold medal-winning Team Canada staffs, known for his expertise in leadership, player development, performance strategy, and team culture.
