After spending more than seven years as the Senior Director of Hockey Development, then the VP of Development with the OHL, Joe Birch is now Chief Operating Officer and Governor of the OHL’s Kitchener Rangers. The Ontario native, who has been recognized twice by Hockey News as Top 100 People of Power and Influence, also previously worked as an NHLPA Certified Agent with Newport Sports Management.
