In 2021, Brad joined HoneyBaked as the Director of Athlete Development where he serves as the primary conduit between the athletes, their coaches and the off ice coaches in the realms of strength and conditioning and mental performance.
Since 2011 when he opened Elevation Hockey, Brad has been training and coaching hockey players all throughout Michigan. In 2015, the former Michigan State University captain, found his way back on campus as the Spartans Director of Hockey Operations. He spent the next 4 seasons specializing in video, analytics, and the pre-scout.
Prior to immersing himself in the coaching world, the former Carolina draft pick played pro hockey on 3 continents scoring a goal in his only NHL game.
