Located at the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District from 11:15am-12:15pm, check in with the TCS Live event staff to receive your accreditation and delegate pack. The Welcome Address kicks off at 12:30pm, so be sure to arrive in time to find a seat and settle in.
Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided daily at the conference venues. Lunches will be available to all attendees on Friday at the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District.
For those who will be driving in, we’ve identified two parking lots which will place you at the heart of Edmonton:
Explore Edmonton will also be providing free ARC cards, giving you access to public transit throughout downtown Edmonton. You can find it in your delegate bag at registration.
There’s no dress code for the event, although many attendees will represent their organization with a team golf shirt.
As we’ll be walking in between event venues, we encourage you to dress for the weather! Click here to view the forecast.
No need to pack heavy! Here are few key items that will help you enjoy for your time at TCS Live:
- Pen & paper for note taking
- Water bottle
- Your favourite snacks
Nope! During the on-ice presentations, only the presenter and their players will be on the ice. Attendees will be seated in the stands throughout the sessions.
All presentations will be recorded and available for members of The Coaches Site to re-watch throughout the 2026/27 season. Videos will be released weekly beginning in September.
