Bob Mancini is the Assistant Executive Director of Hockey Development at USA Hockey, where he oversees youth hockey, coaching education, officiating education and player safety. With more than 35 years of experience across collegiate, professional and international hockey, he has been instrumental in shaping player development in the United States, including helping found USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program and leading the implementation of the American Development Model. Prior to his current role, Mancini served as Director of Player Development for the NHL’s Edmonton Oilers.
