Shaun Earl is the Head Coach of the AAA U15 Brandon Wheat Kings, Founder of RSF Performance and a lifelong student of the game. A Hockey Brandon alumnus and member of the 2004 U18 National Championship team, he played three seasons in the MJHL before returning to coaching in 2015. Since then, Earl has worked with players ages 5-17, earning his Hockey Canada Development 1 certification and continually refining his approach through ongoing education, including three consecutive years at TCS Live at the University of Michigan.
Today, Earl is one of the most popular content creators on The Coaches Site, where he shares his tried and tested drills, as well as the key lessons he’s learned from coaching minor hockey.
