Cail MacLean is an Assistant Coach with the Calgary Flames, bringing extensive experience from both his playing and coaching career in professional hockey.
He spent three seasons as Head Coach of Calgary’s AHL affiliate in Stockton, and has been part of the Flames organization in various coaching roles since 2011, including time with Abbotsford and Adirondack in both the AHL and ECHL. Prior to coaching, MacLean played 11 seasons and 747 games across the AHL, IHL, and ECHL, giving him a deep understanding of the professional game from a player’s perspective.
