Jamie Kompon is an Assistant Coach with the Florida Panthers, joining the staff in 2022 and helping guide the team to the 2024 Stanley Cup championship and a second straight title in 2025.
Kompon boasts nearly three decades of coaching experience across the NHL, WHL, AHL, and international hockey, including time with the Winnipeg Jets under Paul Maurice and as an Assistant Coach with both the Chicago Blackhawks and Los Angeles Kings.
