Frantz Jean is the Goaltending Coach with the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Owner and Head Goaltending Coach with Protek Goaltending. Jean has been with the Lightning since 2010 and played a key role in the organization’s back-to-back Stanley Cup championships in 2020 and 2021, while helping develop elite NHL goaltenders, including Andrei Vasilevskiy and Ben Bishop.
Prior to joining Tampa Bay, he spent 12 seasons with the Moncton Wildcats, where his teams won two league championships and established a reputation for outstanding defensive play and goaltending development.
